Cancellation policy for GROUP CLASSES

With group lessons, once signed up, you’re committed to the group’s schedule. If you cannot attend one class, the class is still charged. However, we will send you the materials for the missed lesson so you can study at home. Our teacher is available via the group chat to answer any of your questions. Depending on the lesson, the teacher might ask you to come 30′ early the next class or set up a 30′ Zoom session so they can review the missed materials with you and this is free of charge.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION policy for PRIVATE LESSONS

With private lessons, you have the flexibility to reschedule your lessons. If you cannot attend one class, please let us know at least 2hrs in advance and you can reschedule the lesson for free (You can choose to move that lesson to a different day of the week, as long as the teacher and you are both available). Any notice of cancellation less than 2hrs before the lesson starts will be considered ‘last minute cancellation‘ and that lesson will still be charged in full.

IMPORTANT

Reimbursement is not applicable in any cases. However, you can transfer your remaining credits to a current or new student.

Once signed up, your tuition is valid for 3 months. This means that you can take breaks and come back to studying within 3 months.

Switching between Group and Private classes: 1hr of group lesson equals 1.5hrs of private lesson.
